Ruby Red Lips

New York Fashion Week is well under way and one of the beauty trends that seems to be appearing for Fall/Winter is ruby red lips.
Makeup artist Charlotte Tilbury designed the beautiful look and said her inspiration was a bowl of cherries - brilliant red with just a bit of darkness. She used MAC Burgundy Lip Mix + Cherry Lip Pencil and finished with Clear Gloss on top.
Eyes were a wash of colour - no graphic or sharp lines just soft grey/blue and of course luminious skin is paramount. Here it looks almost waxy. Charlotte Tilbury also drew on film noir references.
